Bangkok Veterans League
— Team —
• BSL Veterans •

BSL Veteans who are made up of the coaches and dads of the kids running the ball in the popular Bangkok Soccer League, were another one of the 5 new expansion teams of Dec/2006 competition. So, the Vets League proved to be a perfect practice ground for them to hone their skills in "playing" the game.

On their first participation, they quickly absorbed the spirit of the Vets and ran away with it, totally enjoying the day all the way till the end.

And, since then, they have been bringing home the BadCup! repeatedly! [read Mar/2007 and Apr/2007 tournament summaries]

Self Description:

Bangkok Soccer League (South) is a voluntary organization that runs a youth football club in Bangkok, Thailand. Its aim is to promote good sportsmanship, teach footballing skills and organize regular team games. BSL is open to boys and girls between the ages of 4 and 19 who attend international schools in Thailand.

And, our BSL Veterans team is a truly international mixed bunch of 9 different nationalities. We enjoy the game being played in a more casual fashion, that's why the Vets League offers a perfect scenario for us. Dec/2006 season-ending competition was a great day.

We will keep on coming.
